What the public site collects

• Contact messages: your name, email address, request category, subject and message when you choose to submit the contact form.
• Dealer-link events: the dealer, product, page and a coarse mobile or desktop label. These records contain no user account or stored IP address.
• Short-lived abuse protection: a one-way hash derived from the request address is held in memory to rate-limit the contact form and dealer redirects.

What we do not collect

There are no customer accounts, watchlists, price-alert emails or payments on the current public site. We do not collect card details, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, browser fingerprints or cross-site advertising identifiers.

Why and how long

Contact details are used only to respond to the request and manage follow-up. Anonymous dealer-link records help identify which comparisons are useful. We keep records only for as long as needed for those purposes and operational security.

Hosting and sharing

The site is hosted by Vercel and its database is hosted by Supabase, so those providers process the technical requests and stored records needed to run the service. We do not sell contact details or share them with listed dealers unless you ask us to do so.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete a contact submission by using the contact form. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
